Comic Contest

Today is the deadline for the comic contest i joined. Participants may drop off their entry in Comic Odyssey 

So i enter this awesome store. The first  lady i approach didn't know anything about this contest but I said you can check fb about the contest details. I kinda felt nervous, i wanted to join the contest so badly. She asked another staff about it and boy, i was glad. She knew the contest and accepted my entry. She even notify her boss about it since her boss will be the one to forward it to the Komikon. I really thought i read the instructions about the submission wrong or the store isn't involve in this event.

All entries must be submitted in short brown envelope. Theres a weird erasure at the name. I wrote at first the artist pseudo name but i change my mind afterwards because it might be grounds for disqualification. Looks ugly no lol. 

I looked around the store afterwards. Most comic books sold there are western style. Only 1 shelf for manga. Average price is 650 pesos. 

My first ever manga  I bought was Full Metal Alchemist. I bought it for 500 pesos that time. It was ages ago, 2011 maybe?  not sure lol. Im really bad at numbers, dates and memorizing them. If im not mistaken, its the same store, Comic Odyssey

I really hope the i win this contest. I want to taste 1st prize. Ever since i was a boy, i never won 1st place. I hope this could be it. Better late than never eh. Cheers
